Step 3: Complete Pre-Employment Checks
To ensure the safety of the people we support, all successful candidates must complete the required pre-employment checks. This includes an Enhanced DBS check, Right to Work verification, reference checks, and any other compliance requirements relevant to the role.
Step 4: Begin Your Mandatory Training
Once your compliance checks are underway, you will be invited to complete our induction and mandatory training programme. This training equips you with the practical skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to deliver safe, compassionate, and person-centred care.
Step 5: Gain Practical Experience
Before working independently, you will shadow an experienced member of our care team. This hands-on experience allows you to build confidence, understand best practices, and become familiar with the high standards of care expected at Homely Heights Care.
Step 6: Start Your Career with Us
After successfully completing your training and supervised induction, you will receive your employment offer, contract, agreed working hours, start date, and company uniform. From your first shift, you will become part of a supportive team dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of the people we care for.
